The state government of Maharashtra has developed and launched an online portal to help the public sector employees of the state. This portal contains all the salary-wise details of the public sector employees. It is a self-service portal where employees can access and check their payment information and download its payslip.

The state government of Maharashtra has launched this portal to ease the efforts and hassle of visiting the HR department offices for monthly payslips and complaints. With the help of this portal, the state government of Maharashtra can also trace the activities of public sector employees towards the state.

This online portal is called the Sevarth Portal. It is designed and developed by the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) department. It provides the information of public sector employees who work under the administration of Maharashtra state.

This online portal has an integrated system that provides all the personnel salary information through centralized web-based technology. Here, we have provided the procedure to download the payslip through this Sevarth online portal. Carefully read the information given below.

How to download the Payslip online from Sevarth Portal

To download the Payslip online from Sevarth Portal, follow the steps given below:

  • First of all, visit the official website of Sevarth Portal with the given link https://sevaarth.mahakosh.gov.in/login.jsp.
  • Then enter your username and password followed by the captcha code in the login section.
  • Now either hit enter or click on the login button.
  • Once you logged in, a new tab will appear. There, go to the “Employee corner report”.
  • A drop-down menu will appear, click on “View payslip”.
  • Now select the month and year for which you want to download the slip.
  • Then select the “view” option.
  • Now, select the download and print option to get the printout of the slip.

How to download the Pension Payslip online from Sevarth Portal

To download the Pension Payslip online from Sevarth Portal, follow the steps given below:

  • First of all, visit the official website of Sevarth Portal with the given link https://sevaarth.mahakosh.gov.in/login.jsp.
  • Then enter your username and password followed by the captcha code in the login section.
  • Now either hit enter or click on the login button.
  • Once you logged in, a new tab will appear. There, select the option “Pension report” from the menu.
  • Then enter your PPO number and hit the enter button.

The system will send the Pension report on your screen. You can print it out for future reference.

Sevarth Portal Password Reset/Change

To change or reset the password of the Sevarth Portal, follow the steps given below:

  • First of all, visit the official website of Sevarth Portal with the given link https://sevaarth.mahakosh.gov.in/login.jsp.
  • Then enter your username and password followed by the captcha code in the login section.
  • Now either hit enter or click on the login button.
  • Once you logged in, a new tab will appear. There, go to the “work” option in the tab “payroll”.
  • There you will see a “change” option, click on that.
  • After that click on the “reset employee password” option.
  • Now enter your username and all the necessary details that are asked. 
  • Then click on the “verify and reset password” button.

You will receive a message “password has been successfully updated” from the portal.

How to create a DDO office?

The users should keep in mind that only DDO and DDO assistants have the right to access the employee corner using their login details. The employees can also use their employee corner using their login credentials but it is available to them for the first 10 months only. Here we will explain the simple process of DDO office:

  • The first key is in the name of the DDO office.
  • On the menu bar, you need to select the DDO office by indication Y/N. Y shows its a DDO office.
  • After that, select Maharashtra state.
  • Now choose the district, Taluka, town, and village.
  • Now choose Y if the area is hilly.
  • Key in the address followed by the PIN number.
  • Now, you have to select the office city class.
  • Enter the telephone numbers, two telephone numbers are required.
  • Enter Y if the office is in the tribal area.
  • Key in the fax number.
  • Now enter your email address.
  • Enter Y if it is located in the Naxalite area otherwise N.
